Ferrite or ceramic magnets are still the most widely used magnets with a maximum energy product of 1 to ± 4.3 MGOe. Due to the environmental requirements which are becoming more stringent barium ferrite has been replaced bystrontium ferrite during the last years. Ferrite is the cheapest magnetic material and has a high corrosion resistance making coating unnecessary.This magnetic material is hard and fragile and must be processed with diamond, preferably when it is not in a magnetic state.Because it might shrink during the sinter process a tolerance of ± 2 % should be taken into account when determining the dimensions. If grinded ± 0.1 mm.Tighter tolerance is available on request. Ferrite magnets can be supplied both isotropically and anisotropically, they are used in the most divergent products such as loudspeakers, magnetrons, measuring devices, toys, engines, reed contacts etc. The maximum temperature of use is 225°C depending on the specification, dimensions and system design. For specifications: See the table below. The minimum dimension for block magnets is 2 x 2 x 2 mm, whereas the maximum dimension for this type is 270 x 90 x 25.4 mm.The minimum dimension for disc magnets is D 2 x 1 mm, whereas the maximum dimension for this type is D 156 x 25.The minimum dimension for ring magnets is D8 x 2.5 x 3 mm, whereas the maximum dimension for this type is D 256 x D* x 25 mm (* inside diameter in consultation).Follow size we have mold:

We are a wellknown manufacturer and supplier of all types of permanent magnets, including Rubber Magnet, Sintered NdFeB Magnet, Bonded NdFeB, Injection Ferrite Magnets, Hard Ferrite Magnet, AlNiCo, SmCo, and magnetic assemblies.
Our Rubber Magnet Division can produce 1250mm width rubber magnet. Our electric motor strip is well known in good quality. Our production capacity is 10 000ton per year. All products comply with EU Directive 2002/95/EC RoHS and subsequent amending Directive 2005/618/EC and the toy standard EN71-3.
We invest a workshop for Bonded magnet in 2002, we can assemble for your bonded magnets with shaft and plastic part. We cooperate with Auto Motor Parts factory ans sensor factory always. Our enginner can help you choose right material products for Injection NdFeB, Injection Ferrite, Compressing Mold NdFeB, and Bonded SmCo. We have 200 Ton injection and bonded magnet capacity.
Our company biggest division is sintered NdFeB magnets. Including extremely high grade such as N52, N50M, N48H, N45SH, N42UH, N40EH, N33AH etc.
